Head Line Cook
Lead our kitchen line with passion and precision. You'll oversee food preparation, maintain quality standards, and ensure every plate leaves our kitchen reflecting the Costa Vida promise of freshness and flavor.
- 2+ years of line cooking experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Mexican or Latin cuisine techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Front-of-House Team Member
Be the face of Costa Vida! You'll greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Your warmth and energy will define their dining experience with us.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
Kitchen Manager
Oversee all back-of-house operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, food safety compliance, and quality control. You'll mentor our kitchen team and drive operational excellence every service.
- 3+ years of kitchen management or sous chef experience
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- ServSafe Manager Certification required
- Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
Catering & Events Coordinator
Coordinate and execute Costa Vida's catering services for private events, corporate gatherings, and special occasions. You'll be the liaison between clients and our kitchen team, ensuring flawless delivery every time.
- Experience in event coordination or catering services
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
Social Media & Marketing Associate
Help tell the Costa Vida story across digital channels. You'll create compelling social media content, manage our online presence, run promotional campaigns, and engage with our vibrant community of food lovers.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and content tools
- Basic photography and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Passion for food, culture, and authentic brand storytelling
